Job Title: Stock and Assets Coordinator<\/strong> Duties & Responsibilities:<\/strong> The strong numeracy & reconciliation skills of a proactive and deadline driven Stock and Assets Coordinator is sought by a cutting-edge Cloud Solutions Specialist. Your role will entail monthly stock takes and reconciliation, preparing delivery notes and end to end company asset management. Your attention to detail and accuracy skills allows you to record stock movement and perform periodic company asset audits with ease. Essential requirements are matric, a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience, strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with and accounting package \u2013 preferably Pastel Evolution.<\/p>\n DUTIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n CPT stock management: Physical & system processing REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong> Matric essential Strong numerical and reconciliation skills

\nPhysical receiving & issuing of stock
\nMonthly stock takes & reconciliation
\nCommunicating serial numbers of items issued \/ GRV\u2019d – updating & responding to SOLID tickets for hardware requests
\nPreparing delivery notes for signature
\nProcessing of invoices \/ credit notes \/ GRN’s \/ RTS to record stock movement in Evolution
\nMonthly update & management of temp \/ demo \/ loan stock reconciliations
\nPreparation of stock collection notes in respect of cancelled customers
\nArranging & facilitating all courier requirements
\nEnd-to-end company asset management including Fixed Assets Register – liaising with IT manager
\nPerforming periodic company asset audits
\nSupplier processing of stock & capital items (including issuing of PO’s)
\nSupplier processing of other supplier accounts
\nMonthly supplier account reconciliations
\nManaging price lists for hardware items
\nPreparation & sending of supplier payment remittances<\/p>\n
\nQualifications and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nRelevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience essential
\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
\nMinimum of 5 years relevant working experience essential
\nExperience with account package essential (Pastel Evolution preferable)
\nExperience within the IT \/ Telecommunications industry beneficial
