Candidates preferably based close to the Office. This person will work closely with the all branches, management and the head office team. Hours of work 08h00 to 17h00 Monday to Friday. \nDuties & Responsibilities
\nCalling customers daily to follow up on outstanding payments
\nAnswering all calls regarding Debtors
\nCapturing adhoc invoices and various Contract entries for daily and monthly billing.
\nAssisting the Debtors and the Sales Team with account queries
\nSending out letters of demand on overdue accounts monthly
\nHandling of overdue account suspensions
\nLiaising with legal to handover accounts
\nImperative to build customer relationships with the respective account\/finance departments
\nMaintaining debtor collection at the required level
\nFollowing up with Various Internal departments regarding customers and any queries on hand.
\nAll account queries to be handled timeously.
\nAllocating Payments from the bank import.
\nReconciling the bank
\nReconciling accounts from Upstream providers and make sure customers are billed accurately and timeously related to the services provided
\nManage full debtor\u2019s book 3000 + Customers
\nUpkeep of client information in Solid
\nEfficient record keeping and filing
\nMaintain customer balances i.e. not allowed over balance
\nTimeously and accurately reconcile all customers\u2019 accounts every month.\u202f This includes providing the customers the requested information including copy invoices, statements and credit notes etc.
\nEnsure that the security both internally (as in safeguarding of confidential company information) and externally as in the content of customer relationships and components, products is maintained at the highest levels on a daily basis.
\nCapturing supplier invoices accurately.
\nInvoicing customers based on services and products supplied.
\nSupplier consolidation and payment reconciliations for monthly payments.
\nMaintaining supplier relationships from a financial perspective.
\nAccurate data capturing.
\nMaintaining the ticketing system.
\nMaintain queries on accounts Whatsapp chat.
\nGeneral Administration functions will be sometimes required out of the debtor\u2019s\/creditor\u2019s role\/scope of work.
\nDesired Experience & Qualification
\nMatric
\nComputer Literate
\nTertiary Qualification in related financial duties
\n1-2 years\u2019 experience in finance a MUST<\/p>\n
