\nOffer first line and second line remote support
\nOn-site support when necessary
\nInstallation of POS and systems
\nMaintenance and management of IT systems, such as, but not limited to: Telephones, internet, digital media
\nManage 3rd party support calls logged with service provide
\nHardware and Software:
\nManage and maintenance current software deployed at the company, such as, but not limited to:
\no Microsoft OS
\no Microsoft 365 products
\no Pastel Evolution
\no Third Party Services and Software<\/p>\n
\nConfigure and maintain IT infrastructure, such as, but not limited to: Telecoms, Internet access, digital media, time and attendance
\nProvide\/implement solutions that benefit the company
\nDesign and implement internal network infrastructure (LAN)
\nMaintenance:
\nRegular store visits to carry out maintenance and audits
\nCable management
\nOn-site support
\nManage service providers and their respective services
\nTraining:
\nProvide necessary training on IT systems
\nProduce and maintain IT systems training material
\nHousekeeping:
\nMaintain cleanliness in office.
\nGeneral:
\nAny reasonable tasks assigned by Systems Administrator including and not limited to the above.
\nJob Requirements:
\nMatric Certificate
\nMinimum 3 Years IT experience
\nA+ and N+ certification
\nValid Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Code 8 unendorsed (Essential)
\nWillingness to travel
\nAdvantageous Skills:
\nGood communication skills
\nMCSE\/ MCITP
\nActive Directory and Microsoft Server Experience
\nVMware and Hyper V experience<\/p>\n
