\nIn this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial health of the division in order to promote success and growth.<\/p>\n
\nCapture bank transactions and reconcile bank accounts
\nCapture the credit card transactions and reconcile bank to statements
\nCapture creditors invoices and reconcile back to statements
\nProcessing local and international invoices
\nMake payments to suppliers
\nDrafting creditors lists
\nCalculate depreciation on fixed assets and maintaining the fixed asset register
\nCapture and process SLAs
\nReconcile salary, PAYE and staff loan accounts
\nCalculate and record accruals
\nFollow up on payments on a weekly basis for all outstanding invoices and purchase orders
\nHandle audit queries for mid-year and annual audits
\nAssist management with monthly reporting to CFO
\nImplement internal controls and processes
\nProject transactions
\nCapture project costs
\nProcessing supplier invoices to a project
\nProcessing expenses to project<\/p>\n
\nBCom degree in Finance or Accounting<\/p>\n
\nCompleted SAIPA articles preferred
\nOR 3 to 4 years; experience in a project accounting role within a services industry
\nStrong project accounting experience
\nAdvanced MS Excel knowledge
\nAbility to adapt to new accounting (ERP) systems
\nStrong computer literacy
\nFinancial acumen
\nAbility to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment
