\nERP Service Delivery:<\/strong>
\nTo deliver a high quality, responsive and efficient ERP support service to internal stakeholders and the retail channel.
\nTo interpret the ERP implications of the organization\u2019s Digital Transformation strategy and develop tactical Key Performance Indicator\u2019s (\u201cKPI\u201d).
\nManage delivery of financial reporting through the ERP system including month-end report delivery Service Level Agreements (\u201cSLA\u2019s\u201d) and Operational Level Agreements (\u201cOLA\u2019s\u201d).
\nSupport the Financial Operations, Supply Chain Management (\u201cSCM\u201d), Human Resource (\u201cHR\u201d) and (\u201cBI\u201d) business units in developing relevant MIS and FIS [NM1] reporting capability.
\nTo supervise the delivery of a team of ERP analysts to deliver the agreed programme of work, motivating the team to implement a culture of professionalism and continual improvement.
\nResponsible for project management in specific and agreed IT projects
\nTo be drive development techniques and technologies including best practice to support the team in developing their specialist understanding and knowledge.
\nTo maintain the HW, OS and App environments in line with the organizations cyber-security policies and procedures.
\nTo work with the application vendor to ensure that licensing and SW functionality is maintained iac [NM2] with the ELA,
\nTo maintain detailed and up to date specialist knowledge of Regulatory and Financial Reporting developments within th
\nFinancial Module General Support (AR, AP, Collections, SCM, BI)<\/p>\n
\nTo manage the nominated Systems Integrator responsible for the execution of Trouble Tickets, Service Requests and Incident Reports logged via the enterprise workflow application.<\/p>\n
\nMap the business requirements to ERP systems\/technical requirements
\nManage consulting vendor relationships, schedules, and deliverables
\nParticipates in IT department project resource planning events and maintains plans
\nManage and improve the operations for the ERP Portfolio of applications
\nOversee budgeting and expenditures for applications and teams within their span of control.
\nResource Forecasting & other management reports to enable EPMO decision on future projects.<\/p>\n
\nMonitor the performance of applications within their domain and evaluate the performance of services based on specific KPIs
