\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nJob Purpose:<\/strong>
\nTo support the development and process of training programs\/products by ensuring effective training plans is identified and measured to help employees with product knowledge<\/p>\n
\nRelevant Diploma\/equivalent with majors in at least one of the following: Training, Human Resources, Education
\nSDF Qualification (added advantage)
\n2-3+ years working experience and working as a Training facilitator or coordinator
\nExperience providing full-scope training materials, from analyzing company needs to lesson planning, development, and implementation
\nExcellent Planning and organizing skills
\nCompetent in computer literacy incl. MS packages
\nExcellent Verbal and Communication skills
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills
\nExcellent knowledge of MS Office<\/p>\n
\nFacilitate ongoing training in the Company and conduct refresher sessions
\nActively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training employees
\nOnline and instructional materials to be used in training
\nEnsure all mandatory training is coordinated accordingly
\nMust be updated with the new Telkom products and systems implementation
\nInform employees about available training opportunities and provide necessary information
\nSchedule and conduct meetings with management to proactively identify topics to be address or areas in need of additional instruction
\nPerform company-wide needs assessment to identify skills\/ knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
\nProvide support in the process of developing and maintaining training programs
\nManage existing digital platforms and load content timeously
\nManage database of training records \u2013 TLMS report
\nAssessing, Measuring, and Improving results of training
\nAssist with general HR admin \/ functions<\/p>\n
