Our client in the Telecommunications industry is looking for a Key Account Manager.<\/p>\n

Growing the company’s revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and attending all meetings, conventions, and training workshops.<\/p>\n

Job Title: Key Account Manager – Remote<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition Desired Experience & Qualification:<\/strong> Package & Remuneration:<\/strong> R30 000 – R35 000 + commission<\/p>\n
\nLocation: <\/strong>Cape Town<\/p>\n
\nDuties & Responsibilities
\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
\nAcquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
\nExpanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives as well as chasing new business
\nEnsure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
\nServe as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
\nResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
\nPlay an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
\nPrepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics<\/p>\n
\nRequirements:<\/strong>
\nCalmly deal with customer complaints and issues.
\nThe ability to work independently and within a team.
\nGood PC and software skills.
\nTechnical knowledge of IT
\nEstablish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
\nCoordinate with various teams so that the customer’s expectations are met.- Excellent organizational skills
\nAbility in problem-solving and negotiation- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines.
\nHave excellent people skills and intuition about customers’ business needs.
\nBe well-groomed and presentable.
\nGrade 12- 3 years experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
\nProven experience as a key account manager\/Sales Executive<\/p>\n
