That much growth in that span Join Us and Enjoy:<\/strong> The Level 2 IT Administrator is a critical piece in our team and is responsible for the delivery of proactive and reactive technical support in an escalation role, as well as proactive client requests and project support. This role will also provide continual improvement of processes and standards to provide a consistent client experience.<\/p>\n Qualified candidates must be able to communicate with clients and co-workers at both technical and non-technical levels. \nInstallation of various operating systems, for example, Linux and Windows Server.
\nUnderstand and troubleshoot patching and monitoring for both workstations and servers
\nIdentification and resolution of hardware and software problems.
\nUpgrade servers, such as software, operating system, and applications.
\nRemote coordination of replacements of various hardware components.
\nConfiguration of various hardware components, such as servers, switches, PDUs.
\nTechnical coordination and close collaboration with our Level 1 team, our local data center teams, the network team, and the advanced services team.
\nPreparation of technical documentation and reports.
\nProactive monitoring and quality assurance.<\/p>\n

\nRequirements:<\/strong>
\nMinimum 3+ years of experience in Level 2 Support
\nExposure to Programming Languages such as but not limited to; Python, JavaScript
\nDatabase: SQL\/Oracle or related database beneficial.
\nEnthusiasm and willingness to progress within a functional environment.
\nAbility to integrate an existing team to complete assignments successfully.
\nAbility to work under pressure.
\nExcellent customer and service orientation combined with good communication, team skills, and social competence.
\nExtensive knowledge of current IT hardware (servers, switches, firewalls, load balancers)
\nAdvanced knowledge of network technology, especially server technology.
