To effectively handle the cancellation process when a customer cancels a service or product . Ensures that services are timeously cancelled, third parties and that hardware is collected on time<\/p>\n

Job Title: Coordinator cancellations (must have Telecommunications exp)<\/strong> Job Summary: <\/strong> \u00b7Manage the communication and coordination of customer cancellations, including scheduling, FNO deactivation, transportation, collection of equipment etc.<\/p>\n \u00b7Manage SLA process including monitoring, escalations and reporting.<\/p>\n \u00b7Process cancellations, returns, relocations, cancellations, credits, quotes and invoices.<\/p>\n \u00b7Provide additional reports on SLA breaches and how to prevent these going forward.<\/p>\n \u00b7Assist internal customers (contact centre agents). This could be answering a question, being available for a warm transfer, assisting a customer with a complex problem or training on processes and procedures.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Ensure the effective resolution of complex problems either within the team or through an escalation process.<\/p>\n \u00b7Ensure that all processes and documentation is complete so that the company does not pay unnecessary fees to third parties or create a poor customer experience.<\/p>\n \u00b7Compile and present reports to management as required.<\/p>\n \u00b7Deal with problem situations and project work timeously and efficiently, displaying effective time management and time allocation according to project deadline.<\/p>\n \u00b7Keep accurate records of cancellations and schedules.<\/p>\n Desired Experience & Qualification:<\/strong> Education: \u00b7Preferred Qualification \u2013 Project Management Diploma<\/p>\n \u00b7Matric<\/p>\n Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in an area of specialisation; with experience in supervising others<\/p>\n \u00b7Experience working in a medium organization<\/p>\n Should you not receive a response within 10 working days, please consider your applicaion as unsuccessful<\/p>\n For any enquiries, please call 012 346 1950<\/p>\n
