\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nIdentifying hardware and software solutions.
\nTroubleshooting technical issues.
\nDiagnosing and repairing faults.
\nResolving network issues.
\nInstalling and configuring hardware and software.
\nProviding timely and accurate feedback to staff.
\nHelp new employees set up their workstations.
\nMaintain and upgrade equipment as needed.<\/p>\n
\nPrior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
\nIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration.
\nExperience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.<\/p>\n
\nAttention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
\nExcellent interpersonal skills.
\nAbility to work well and collaborate within a team environment.
\nGood written and verbal communication.
\nTime-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
\nContinuous self-development by broadening of own technical, functional, and industry skills base.
\nExperience in working in a fast-paced company.
\nKeen interest and ability to learn new software and hardware
