\nKey performance areas:<\/strong>
\nWorkforce planning to allocate work to technicians
\nManage ITSM maintenance and new work tickets
\nProvide field support when required to assist technicians\u2019 complete installations
\nProvide technical and administrative support by attending to internal and external enquiries and ensure a credible document and record control system is maintained
\nProduce technical as well as management reports for Service Desk operations as required.<\/p>\n
\nGrade 12
\nTwo (2) to three (3) years\u2019 relevant industry experience in tasking and work allocation to field staff in Telecommunication Voice and\/or Data
\nITSM experience in managing and working in tickets will be an advantage
\nComputer literacy.<\/p>\n
