\nResponsible for ensuring effective delivery of projects within agreed timelines, budgets, scope, agreed outcomes and optimal Customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
\nKnowledge
\nUnderstanding of networks in the telecommunications industry, especially SDWAN
\nknowledge of PMBOK
\nKnowledge of customer service principles
\nSkills
\nIntermediate skill in MS Project and MS Office
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English
\nProject Management
\nAbility for logical thought process
\nHandle customer escalations
\nMultitasking and multiple project coordination.<\/p>\n
\nPrince 2 \/ Agile \/ PMBOK.
\nITIL Foundation – advantageous
\nKey requirement is experience in deploying SDWAN solutions.
\nMINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
\nMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in a Project role
\nOTHER REQUIREMENTS
\nMust be willing to work weekends shifts on a monthly basis or after hours
