The technology landscape: Our Client is renovating its Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system and self-service portal (built with Power Apps Portals), as well as building a data warehouse in Azure for advanced decision support. They run Sage Evolution for billing and financial management, Power BI for data visualisation and reporting, SHEQsys for managing non-conformances. Their customer contact centre runs in the cloud using O!Connect technology.<\/p>\n

\nEducation:<\/strong>
\nEssential: Matric;<\/strong>
\nEssential: A Diploma or bachelor\u2019s degree in information technology or computer science<\/p>\n
\nPreferred: A relevant certification in Microsoft Power Platform<\/p>\n
\n5 years\u2019 experience in C# and\/or Java
\n3 years\u2019 experience in SQL development
\n3 years\u2019 experience in Fetch XML, integration using REST APIs
\n2 years\u2019 experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Development
\n2 years\u2019 experience on Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps or Power BI
\nKnowledge of solution integration strategies and tools
\nKnowledge of source code control and version control tools
\nKnowledge of DevOps
\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies
\nUnderstanding of cloud computing
\nKnowledge and application of IT legislation, policies, procedures and standards<\/p>\n
