\nThe Business Analyst\/Project Manager will be working in cross functional teams to support projects for a globally expanding company. This role also involves continual service improvements from an operational process perspective and achieving high customer satisfaction, with emphasis on the highest level of operational service delivery.<\/p>\n
\nBachelor\u2019s Degree or Diploma
\nA minimum of 3 years related experience in Project Coordination
\nUse of Agile and Waterfall methodologies is essential
\nA minimum of 3 years related experience Business Process Mapping, Engineering and Re-engineering Optimization methodologies
\nGood experience in business process change initiatives
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\nExcellent presentation and facilitation skills
\nExcellent organisational skills, able to manage and prioritise tasks and time efficiently.
\nAble to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
\nAble to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
\nSelf-motivated and self-disciplined and able to self-manage and set goals.
\nExcellent collaboration skills
\nHigh level of professionalism.
\nFluent English both verbal and written
\nOutgoing, positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively
\nStrong planning, and problem-solving skills
\nHigh level of computer competence, with a knowledge of standard software packages (Advanced Excel, word, PowerPoint skills) and the ability to learn company-specific software if required<\/p>\n
\nCoordinate the successful delivery of projects both internal and for clients
\nThe candidate understands the project objectives and ensures that these translate to the final outcome of the projects.
\nPlanning and gaining approval on Change Requests and\/or Projects including the securing of necessary resources
\nPotential risks on the project may be managed by the candidate
\nThe candidate will ensure the alignment of the project delivery team(s) to the customer requirement, bridging the gap between the sales process, the delivery team and the customer.
\nThe candidate will perform system testing of internal applications
\nThe candidate will maintain all project documentation including project Status updates, Risk and Issues Logs etc.
\nDevelop and streamline service delivery processes and procedures to ensure customers experience is consistent globally. This will involve collaboration with other Teams.
\nEnsure processes are efficient and cost-effective and directly involved in managing these processes.
\nOversee and hold all service departments and employees within these teams accountable for carrying out the required processes and tasks and providing great customer service.
\nResponsible for building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine services, the criteria for the delivery of those services, and how to develop solutions to any issues that arise.
\nAssessing customer feedback and improving procedures accordingly to ensure that great customer service is provided at all times.
\nThe candidate will be involved both within the day-to-day operations and projects environments<\/p>\n
