\nThe candidate will be required to work as part of an integrated project team, with functional reporting to the Project Manager for the duration of the pilot (9 months).
\nTo analyse business process issues and\/or problems and provide consulting assistance to system users.
\nTo conduct research on possible solutions and make recommendations based on findings.
\nTo develop a proposal that outlines the project solution\/s feasibility and costs and roll-out.
\nTo suggest, design, test, implement and evaluate solutions as required and to validate these changes through testing programs.
\nDeveloping instruction manuals for systems.
\nTo examine and evaluate current systems and Identify system requirements.
\nTo liaise with users to track additional requirements and features.
\nTo document all interface requirements as per required standards and policies.
\nTo collaborate with the IT team and external developers.
\nTo train users on the new operating systems and provide support.
\nEnsure deadline and budget requirements are met.
\nAct as a link between the organization\u2019s IT and non-IT stakeholders.<\/p>\n
