\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>

\nManage (define, implement, control) Group IT strategy aligned to the Group subsidiary\u2019s strategies.
\nManage IT policy aligned to Group IT strategy.
\nContinually seek to make the Group more profitable through continuous innovation.
\nManage (acquisition, implementation, support and maintenance) all application software, middleware and database as required by the Group, including inter-alia:
\nSystems analysis
\nSystems design
\nBusiness process design and documentation
\nTraining
\nManage (acquisition, implementation, support and maintenance) Group IT infrastructure. This includes:
\nservers,
\nend-user devices,
\nLAN,
\nWAN,
\nInternet,
\nMulti Function Devices,
\nfixed-line PABX & mobile devices and
\ncloud based solutions.
\nCompile annual capital and operating budgets and ensure the IT function performs within budget.
\nDesired Experience & Qualification
\nKnowledge, qualifications and experience
\nRelevant IT certification and relevant Bachelor\u2019s degree (or equivalent three-year qualification).
\nSoftware Development Lifecycle management experience.
\nA+\/N+ certification.
\nProject management qualification (PRINCE II or MS Projects)
\nAttended and completed POPI compliance training
\nA minimum of 5 years IT management experience.
\n5-10 Years business and systems analyst experience.
\nA minimum of 7 years working experience, in an IT role in a national telecommunication company.<\/p>\n
