Our client leaders in the telecommunications sector are looking for Sales Administration Manager: Platinum Accounts to coordinate the sales administration function for assigned Platinum Accounts within the organization as well as to oversee the complete quotation process, handle project related work for large deals, work closely with key stakeholders within the organization and within customer organization. Will be responsible for resolving, suggesting, and implementing efficient and effective processes and ways of working within the platinum account base<\/p>\n

Job Title: Sales Administration Manager: Platinum Accounts<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Load relevant, required documents for sales opportunities onto CRM. Generate Client Quotes:<\/strong><\/p>\n Manage Transmission (TX) Plans to meet SLA\u2019s Convert Quotes in Orders:<\/strong><\/p>\n Process signed quotes Managing Platinum Accounts:<\/strong><\/p>\n Send regular updates to KAM\u2019s, detailing off opportunities processed, number of queries received, resolved and outstanding Generate recon reports for Platinum accounts:<\/strong><\/p>\n Expiring links \/ renewals \u2013 process on CRM (monthly) System Management for Platinum Customers:<\/strong><\/p>\n Ensure all products are loaded into all relevant systems and tested prior to project or deal being activated Documentation:<\/strong><\/p>\n All contract rules must be always adhered to Credit:<\/strong><\/p>\n Should any credits arise from designated platinum accounts: Must build relationships with customers to ensure the organization understands customer expectations and challenges and is able to meet them Miscellaneous:<\/strong><\/p>\n Ensure all the above outlined duties and tasks are done in alignment with the \u201cCustomer Excellence\u201d strategy WORKING CONDITIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n Office based and travel Desired Experience & Qualification:<\/strong>

\nLoad Sales Opportunities onto the designated CRM System<\/p>\n
\nCheck for completeness on customer\u2019s RFI\u2019s \/ RFO\u2019s
\nBuilding Name

\nSite snapshot<\/p>\n
\nAccess TX Plans to align to relevant product specifications and route details to ascertain route completeness and delivery expectation
\nApply correct quoting criteria for each quote to be generated
\nSend complete quote and TX Plan to clients
\nEmploy the use of automation to increase accuracy and turnaround times<\/p>\n
\nLoad order documentation onto CRM System to ensure all queries and audits queries is successfully resolved
\nManage Circuit Number generation and send to client<\/p>\n
\nReport on turnaround times and improvement for the period
\nExecute outcomes that have been identified from reports, by resolving administrative queries<\/p>\n
\nMonitor and manage opportunities on Incorrect
\nStatus report (move links to billing)
\nManaging TX Report (Get all information to move opportunity to next stage) (daily)<\/p>\n
\nEnsure all pricing are loaded into all relevant systems and tested prior to project or deal being activated
\nEnsure all new required reports, bespoke processes and ways of workings is in place and tested prior to project or deal being activated
\nAll 3rd party costing must be in place and agreements must be finalized before project or deal<\/p>\n
\nAll bespoke documents for project or deal must be agreed, documented, and saved in the designated training material repository
\nAll legal requirements associated with assigned accounts must be stored against the customer profile in stipulated systems<\/p>\n
\nIt must be resolved before closure of the month that it is raised in understanding and rectification of why the credit arose must be put into place to ensure it does not occur again
\nCustomer Engagement<\/p>\n
\nMust accompany related KAM\u2019s and Executives to customer meetings on a regular basis to be abreast of projects and expectations<\/p>\n
\nPerform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to time by management.<\/p>\n
\nExtended work hours where applicable<\/p>\n
\nMatric
\nDiploma in Accounting or costing
\nMust have minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in costing and pricing
\nMust have project management experience or understanding
\nMust have strong administration skills
\nAt least 2 years\u2019 experience in Sales Administrative \/ Coordination role, preferably in the B2B ICT \/
\nTelecommunication Sector
\nTelecom Understanding preferable<\/p>\n
