\nResponsibilities:<\/strong>
\nEnterprise administration and support to ensure a functional ICT infrastructure
\nManage the effective functioning and availability of network\/infrastructure\/communication technology and PC services
\nManage all customer servers and services and ensure the availability to all users.
\nEnsure stability, integrity and efficient operation of the information systems that support the core organisational functions
\nMonitor, maintain, support, and optimize all networked and associated operating systems
\nMaintain and Manage all ICT Services
\nParticipate in meetings providing guidance and good practice
\nManage and monitor connectivity and ensure satisfactory performance, capacity, and experience
\nTest, Install and implement new services
\nMaintenance and Support of Desktop and Server Infrastructure
\nLead Desktop and Network team with short- and long-term direction and escalations
\nManage, coordinate, and validate ICT backups, replication, DRP and business continuity
\nManage user security
\nInternet reacted security
\nManage electronic communication systems
\nMaintain device baselines in line with the book of standards<\/p>\n
\nMatric (Senior Certificate)
\nITIL v2 Foundation certification & experience
\nProject Management fundamentals
\nSelf-starter with a proven track record
\n3 years + experience in a System Administrator role, working in medium to large size environments, with experience in the following:<\/p>\n
\nOperating VEEAM Backup and Replication
\nSupporting Microsoft Server Infrastructure
\nSupporting VPN Technologies
\nSupporting Collaboration Tools (Skype, Teams or similar)
\nSupporting Office 365
\nSupporting Microsoft Active Directory
\nSupporting SAN infrastructure
\nNetwork Infrastructure
\nFortiGate Firewall
\nCoordinating team delivery as lead and member<\/p>\n
