AA Zone Technical Manager Position
\n(HPCSA Registered Medical Technologist \u2013 Blood Transfusion)
\nBased in the Mpumalanga Zone and Vaal Zone
\nR51 944 per month CTC
\nA well-known house hold name in the Medical NGO environment is looking to employ customer service orientated an motivated individual with relevant experience. The successful candidate will perform routine and specialist functions within technical areas of the zone to manage staff and activities performed and ensure that principles of quality are upheld.
\nThe successful candidate must have:
\n\u2022 HPCSA Registered Medical Technologist (Blood Transfusion)
\n\u2022 Code 8 Drivers license
\n\u2022 5 Years in Blood Transfusion
\n\u2022 3 Years of Senior Supervisory or Managerial Experience<\/p>\n
Ideal:
\n\u2022 Management Qualification
\n\u2022 Computer Literacy in MS Word, Excel and Outlook<\/p>\n
Job Specific Requirements:
\n\u2022 Computer Literacy
\n\u2022 Overtime as and when required
\n\u2022 On call to resolve problems and to provide technical support and authorisation
\n\u2022 Required to travel locally and nationally
\n.
\nKey Performance Areas of this position include:
\n\u2022 Strategic planning and objective setting through establishing, developing and managing the business plan for the Zone being managed.
\n\u2022 Manages the operational objectives of the Technical Division in the Zone.
\n\u2022 People managed to achieve operational objectives.
\n\u2022 Total Quality has been managed in accordance with SOP criteria
\n\u2022 Financial Administrative Objectives must be achieved.
\n\u2022 Project Management (initiate, perform, manage and report on projects)
\n\u2022 Manage Zone Customer Relations<\/p>\n
