\nA well-known house hold name in the Medical NGO environment is looking to employ an innovative and creative individual with excellent communication skills.. The successful candidate will head the marketing department within the company for a specific geographical area. To participate as a credible business partner by developing marketing solutions that add value to the organisation\u2019s core strategic focus areas. Leveraging and managing marketing tactics in innovative ways to increase company value proposition and stakeholder commitment.
\nThe successful candidate must have:
\n\u2022 Degree \/ Diploma in Marketing \/ PR
\n\u2022 3-5 years in marketing and related fields, within a managerial capacity.
\n\u2022 Computer literate
\n\u2022 After hours work as and when required
\n\u2022 Travel and overnight stays<\/p>\n
Ideal:
\n\u2022 Degree in Marketing \/ PR, including Marketing \/ PR courses.
\n\u2022 5-6 years in marketing and related fields, within a managerial capacity.<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas of this position include:
\n\u2022 Align marketing mix and segmentation to effectively target donors.
\n\u2022 Establishes and manages customer feedback systems to build donor satisfaction and loyalty.
\n\u2022 Manages the operational implementation of the strategy relevant to designated area by adopting medium term strategies in order to achieve regional targets.
\n\u2022 Maintain brand integrity for SANBS across respective zones.
\n\u2022 Build strong business partnering relationships with stakeholder to ensure seamless implementation of marketing strategy.
\n\u2022 Financial Management
\n\u2022 Project Management<\/p>\n
