HR Consultant Position
\nBased in the Kwa-Zulu Natal Zone
\nR35605 per month CTC
\nA well-known house hold name in the Medical NGO environment is looking to employ a assertive, customer service orientated individual with consulting skills. The successful candidate will ensure the strategic alignment between HR and the business objectives and plans by building a partnership with managers and employees to support fair practise. Implement the HR strategies and projects in area of responsibility.
\nThe successful candidate must have:
\n\u2022 Degree or Relevant Diploma in HR related field
\n\u2022 3 years Human Resources generalist experience
\n\u2022 Experience in a unionised environment
\n\u2022 Computer literate
\n\u2022 SAP Proficient
\n\u2022 After hours work will be required from time to time.
\n\u2022 Travel<\/p>\n
Ideal:
\n\u2022 Honours\/post-graduate degree in HR related field.
\n\u2022 Experience in payroll and employee benefits administration, performance management, OD, Training and development, ER\/IR, Change Management, Talent Management<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas of this position include:
\n\u2022 Strategic alignment of Recruitment and Selection processes to company Transformation and Talent retention goals.
\n\u2022 Act as advisor on Employee Relations matters and ensure that sound relationships are maintained between managers and employees.
\n\u2022 Act as HR business partner to ensure alignment between business and HR strategies
\n\u2022 Ensure implementation of HR Projects and Change Management.
\n\u2022 Performance and Talent Management
\n\u2022 Provide HR analytics to business to guide sound management decision-making
\n\u2022 On-boarding of newly appointed employees
\n\u2022 Finalisation of the exit process
\n\u2022 HR Risk Management<\/p>\n
