\nRole Purpose
\nThe IS \/ IS Team will be responsible for implementing and overseeing both the IT and IS operation and infrastructure
\nHe\/she will ensure reliability and functionality of the infrastructure including software applications and hardware equipment.
\nIn addition to this, the successful candidate will ensure business continuity and disaster recovery solutions are in place at all times.
\nHe\/she will manage all IT and IS subcontractors and suppliers
\nThe incumbent will manage and ensure appropriate support across the company for hardware and software systems at all levels.<\/p>\n
\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Information Technology or Relevant Industry Certification
\n5 years relevant experience in IT & IS
\nIT and IS Management skills (hardware and software)
\nMicrosoft 365 Experience
\nData management knowledge and skills
\nTechnical database knowledge and skills
\nAnalytical ability
\nGood verbal and written communication skills
\nFluent in English
\nAttention to detail
\nGood problem-solving skills
\nProcess mapping
\nExcellent customer service skill
\nLeadership traits<\/p>\n
\nEnsure appropriate security and backup policies are in place for the safeguarding of the company database
\nMaintain all computer system (hardware and software) and provide recommendations for upgrades and enhancements
\nProvide assistance and service across the company with respect to hardware and software requirements to ensure that all users are operational at all times.
\nManage information technology and computer systems

\nDesign, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
\nBusiness Continuity Management
\nEnsure that controls are in place with regards to the security of information
\nImplement strategic solutions to problematic areas within the environment
\nFinancial Management of Assets
\nOversee the development and implementation of new technologies
\nAssist the BI team to provide accurate and reliable business intelligence information together with analysing trends and data for better business decisions
\nDevelop standards and procedures for IT operations
\nMaintain, design and support existing database and architecture by applying knowledge of database management systems
\nProvide ongoing and ad hoc Management reporting
\nSupport Projects controlled by the PMO
\nEnsure Availability of systems and assets
\nReview IT\/IS Business Plan to ensure effective implementation of plan<\/p>\n
