\nLocation:<\/strong> Midrand<\/p>\n
\nDuties & Responsibilities
\nProcess all invoices into the financial accounting system timeously and accurately to the correct GL Distributions.
\nEnsure that all invoices are appropriately authorized according to approved delegation of authority.
\nEnsure correct supporting documentation is attached to all supplier invoices prior to payments of goods.
\nPreparation of creditor reconciliations and following up on unreconciled differences.
\nContinuous daily follow ups and housekeeping on creditors
\nMaintaining healthy age analysis and ensuring the creditors books is kept current
\nEnsure that all creditors are paid strictly according to terms unless otherwise approved.
\nLiaising with suppliers where statements or other documents have not been received to ensure adequate accruals etc. are done.
\nMaintenance of vendor relationships, including efficient & effective communications, resolution and settlements of COD
\nLiaise with stores and procurement to ensure invoices are processed timeously.
\nEnsuring that the GRN Trial balance is clear at month end
\nMust have foreign creditors knowledge
\nProcess journals
\nProcess accruals & repayments
\nPerform any other tasks that may from time to time be assigned
\nAssist with audit support as necessary<\/p>\n
