\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nProject Management
\nProvide input into one year operating plan and projects priority plan in line with ROG strategy and relevant business requirements.
\nManage and ensure project delivery against the overall project plan
\nEnsure that the plan is continually updated and accountabilities, responsibilities, etc. are correctly allocated
\nEnsure compliance with WW PM methodology
\nEnsure the quality of all deliverables
\nManage the project scope as it pertains to the Retail Operations Group
\nMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
\nReport and escalate to management as needed
\nPerform risk management to minimize project risks
\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation
\nEnsure delivery of project within scope, timeline and budget
\nCoordinate internal resources and third parties\/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
\nDetail business and technical team member roles and expectations
\nEnsure appropriate project closure and facilitate business hand-over (including PIR)
\nUnderstand and manage key stakeholders expectations relative to project execution
\nDrive and Manage integration across all key stakeholders and impacted business units Stores\/ Supply Chain \/ Product Areas\/ Omni Channel
\nResearch and understand key information
\nConduct in depth analysis and bench-marking of international best practices
\nEvaluate requirements against current processes and understand implication thereof
\nEvaluate feasibility of proposed projects for presentation to the relevant stakeholders
\nPreferred management consulting experience, thought leadership and critical thinking essential<\/p>\n
