\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nIn order to be considered the following is required:
\nAt 5 years\u2019 experience in Business and Systems Analysis experience across a custom software development environment
\nExperienced in Agile environment and Agile driven projects
\nWorking knowledge of (OAS) Open API specification 2.0 and 3.0
\nAble to read and interpret JSON and XML files
\nExperience in the documentation of APIs in a consistent and easy to use format for consumers
\nUnderstanding of Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) & Test-driven Development (TDD) approaches for new requirements that require development
\nTechnical experience in Swagger, Stoplight, Confluence\/Jira, Microservices Architecture, JSON, XML<\/p>\n
\nSystems Analysis & Integration Analysis:
\nDesign new IT solutions, modify, enhance, or adapt existing systems and integrate new features or improvements to improve business efficiency and productivity
\nAnalyse backend systems and create best API solutions based on incoming requirements
\nAPI Designs that are dynamic and scalable
\nAPI Designs that can quickly understood and coded by a Developer
\nResearching new technologies, interpreting data, designing and testing new systems
\nDepict flows between multiple systems showing, triggers, inputs, processes and outputs
\nExperience in telecommunication industry is highly beneficial
\nAn ability to work on multiple project teams at a given time
\nDemonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication
\nStrong problem solving, communication and presentation skills
\nConsult various clients to understand their value chain, structure, functions and products and\/or services
\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and acting as a consultant on services
\nChallenge the business in their thinking, especially to understand the intent of the business requirement
\nWith little supervision, elicit, gather, analyse, document, validate and communicate business requirements (User Stories and Acceptance Criteria)
