\nDatabase maintenance (patching and upgrades).
\nDatabase performance investigation, tuning and recommendations.
\nData backup and recovery.
\nAutomation.
\nMonitoring of deployment and configuration.
\nResolution of customer requests within the allocated priority base timeline.
\nGenerating audit and user \/ environment review based reports.
\nGenerating capacity utilisation historical trending and forecasting reports.
\nGenerating any required adhoc based reports where needed.<\/p>\n
\nEnsuring all work log detail and time spent reflects correctly.
\nEnsuring OSI change requests are submitted on time.
\nEnsuring change work implementation is completed correctly and on time.
\nEnsuring project timelines are met.
\nOngoing training and certifications to be completed as per Personal Development Plan.<\/p>\n
