\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nDirect the company\u2019s information security compliance program and ensuring IT activities, processes, and procedures meet the company requirements.
\nManage the development and implementation of policies and practices to protect confidential & sensitive data
\nEnsure compliance with relevant legislation
\nLead the company\u2019s Cyber Security Framework compliance program with the objective of meeting the Cyber Security Moderate and Privacy Baselines
\nMaintain the Group\u2019s PCI-DSS compliance for Corporate Stores and direct the program to assist all Retailers to achieve PCI-DSS compliance
\nRecommend remediations and operate with a high degree of independence in matters relating to the investigation, impact, and analysis of security incidents, decisions regarding risk and network security
\nAd hoc duties as required by management
\nDesired Experience & Qualification
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in IT or another related field
\nInformation security related certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CGEIT
\n5 years\u2019 experience in IT security
\nKnowledge of information security risk frameworks and compliance practices
\nAbility to develop security standards, guidelines and policies
\nAbility to document risk and compliance activities
\nAn understanding of policy development and dissemination
\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including formal report writing experience
\nUnderstanding of common security and privacy standards, regulations, and laws relating to a retail business<\/p>\n
