\nHPCSA Registered Medical Technologist (Blood Transfusion)
\nBased in Constantia Kloof

\nA well-known house hold name in the Medical NGO environment is looking to employ a SAP proficient individual with financial acumen and strategic leadership skills.. The successful candidate will provide strategic input ensuring that Issuing laboratories \/ Blood Banks operate to the best standards using latest technology. The incumbent will be responsible for investigating and making recommendation on implementation of new methods and processes. Also ensures that processes in all Blood Banks within the company are standardised, staff are competent and that all the accreditation requirements are met. As well as provide technical expertise to the National Manager \u2013 Processing and Issue and Zone Technical Managers to assist the line managers to maintain high standards at an operational level.
\nThe successful candidate must have:
\n\u2022 5 years in blood transfusion
\n\u2022 HPCSA Registered Medical Technologist (Blood Transfusion)
\n\u2022 3 years experience in supervising \/ managing within the Issuing Division.
\n\u2022 Computer literate
\n\u2022 SAP Proficient
\n\u2022 After hours work as and when required
\n\u2022 National travel with extended overnight stays
\n\u2022 Drivers License<\/p>\n
Ideal:
\n\u2022 National Higher Diploma or BTech in Medical Technology
\n\u2022 Research and development experience<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Design protocols and procedures for the evaluation of new technologies and system
\n\u2022 Project Management
\n\u2022 Provide Technical Expertise to the Blood Banks

\n\u2022 Support and monitors processing function SHEQ compliance
\n\u2022 Implementation and compliance, monitoring of risk management system for processing function<\/p>\n
