\nBased in Constantia Kloof
\nR68 052 CTC per month
\nA well-known house hold name in the Medical NGO environment is looking to employ an experienced, motivated and flexible individual with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will manage the Processing and Issuing operations of the company. Co-ordinate and implement strategic objectives in the Processing and Issue Departments nationally. The incumbent will be responsible for developing strategy, business plans and budgets for the areas under management. As well as manage staff, costs and quality. To also ensure that policies and procedures are implemented at the zone level.
\nThe successful candidate must have:
\n\u2022 5 years in blood transfusion
\n\u2022 HPCSA Registered Medical Technologist (Blood Transfusion)
\n\u2022 3 years at management level
\n\u2022 Computer literate
\n\u2022 SAP Proficient
\n\u2022 After hours work as and when required
\n\u2022 National and international travel with overnight stays
\n\u2022 Drivers License<\/p>\n
Ideal:
\n\u2022 Management Qualification
\n\u2022 6-8 years in a Medical or Blood Transfusion Laboratory
\n\u2022 5 years Management experience<\/p>\n
