The purpose of the job is to co-ordinate with 3rd party vendors for installations and projects, control of company assets and liaising with internal departments regarding Procurement reconciliation and capacity planning.<\/p>\n

\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nProcurement \u2013 Quotations\/ Requests\/ Tracking orders
\nReporting with Finance Department (invoicing requests \/queries\/Delivery trackers\/account allocations)
\nLiaising with 3rd party vendors for installations\/ maintenance work
\nSLA management both internal and external
\nStock Control – IT Storeroom- Up to date inventory and weekly stock take
\nManagement of business Cell contracts (Vodacom & MTN)
\nWaste Disposal Management
\nReporting
\nLaptop Inventory and Asset Management
\nPrinter Maintenance and Repair
\nProject Coordination
\nDocumentation (Processes and Systems)
\nSnipe IT \u2013 Asset Management\/repairs\/tagging\/asset assignments
\nCapacity Management co-ordination for the Sales floor<\/p>\n
\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nMust have at least 2 years\u2019 experience within an IT department in a similar role
\nProject co-ordination (Internal and External)
\n3rd party vendor management
\nAn understanding of the IT Processes (Procurement, SLA, approval, and Escalation)
\nStrong Administration skills
\nSLA Management (Internal and External)
\nDocumentation (Processes and Systems)
\nIT Procurement Process
\nKnowledge of Computer Hardware and Software<\/p>\n
