\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nOverview:<\/strong>
\nProviding 3rd Tier Technical Support for incidents and problems.
\n2. Proactive monitoring and performance tracking to identify risks and vulnerabilities that may affect the network.
\n3. Accurate reporting and documentation of fault resolution workplans.
\n4. Assisting onsite technicians and external sub-contractors with remote troubleshooting of high-level faults.<\/p>\n
\nMatric Essential
\nCompTIA Network+, CCNP or equivalent qualification
\n3-5 years\u2019 experience in IT\/Telecommunication environment
\n2 years NOC support experience<\/p>\n
\nGPON, OSI L1,L2,L3, Technologies,
\nOptic Fibre Networks standard testing methodologies
\n(OTDR, RFC 2544, Bandwidth Tests)
\nHands-on exposure on Switching and Routing
\nprotocols (VLAN, BGP, OSPF, LACP, EAPS, ERPs)
\nCustomer service helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk).
\nLinux systems and monitoring tools.<\/p>\n
