Job Title: Telecommunications\/ICT\/IT Service Delivery Managers<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Complete root cause analysis assessments and ensure implementation of recommended corrective actions.<\/p>\n Ensure customer engagement agreement and documented for Business continuity purposes Desired Experience & Qualification:<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> West Rand<\/p>\n
\nDuties & Responsibilities
\nEnsure accurate service inventory throughout the customer operational lifecycle
\nCustomer and service take-on to ensure correct service implementation.
\nEnsure management processes and procedures in relation to the internal management structures
\nEnsure accurate Incident closure
\nProblem management \u2013 identification and tracking to closure root causes
\nSupport areas of business must be adequately trained and given necessary tools to develop, manage and support the products
\nService improvement<\/p>\n
\nManage all non-billing impacting changes \u2013 technology, configuration changes, additional IP addresses, telephone numbers etc.
\nManage billing impacting changes \u2013 upgrades\/downgrades, site moves\/migrations, terminations, renewals
\nManage operational governance with client, including governance contacts,<\/p>\n
\nMatric plus
\n3-year Diploma
\nMinimum 3 years Customer Service Management \/ ICT \/ (IT Service Delivery Manager)
\nMinimum 5 years in Telecommunication industry, enterprise based and Fixed line opco<\/p>\n
