Job Title: Bespoke Program Manager<\/strong> Job Purpose: To provide administrative support to project management, project engineers and project accountants. To maintain neat, orderly, complete legal documents and project files. Be flexible in assisting other team members as needed.<\/p>\n Job Summary:<\/strong> Grade 12 certificate
\nLocation:<\/strong> Midrand<\/p>\n
\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nNeeds to plan projects as per the budget set by the business and client.
\nRequired to coordinate with his\/her team members to accomplish the projects assigned to him\/ her.
\nRequired to monitor the project.
\nMust supervise the project.
\nRequired to ensure that the project is done as per the set guidelines.
\nDelivers quality work.
\nRequired to initiate the work and work until it is completed.
\nRequired to discuss the progress of the project with the senior officials as well as the clients.
\nRequired to update all project related info onto the business database (SOC\/SNOW\/ google drive – [soft copy]\/Maintenance CCT listing) on a daily basis
\nEnsure that the assigned subordinates follow all instructions related to the project within the workflows (Stock allocation\/returns\/job cards\/test results\/billing etc)
\nDesired Experience & Qualification:<\/strong>
\nRequirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nTertiary qualification in Project Management
\n3 to 5 years\u2019 experience as a Project Manager in telecommunications
\nComputer literacy<\/p>\n
