\nPurpose of the role would be to: Managing the full finance function, maintain General Ledger, Monthly Finance and KPI Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting.
\nAct as a Business Partner to business. Introduce and enforce business processes and controls.
\nSome responsibilities would include:<\/p>\n
\n– GL accounting, Debtors and Creditors Management
\n– Cashflow Management (Financial Management)
\n– Monthly invoicing
\n– Processing of monthly payments<\/p>\n
\n– Monthly Management Reporting and KPI\u2019s with trend analysis
\n– AFS preparation
\n– Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.<\/p>\n
\n– Budget preparation and KPI tracking
\n– Monthly forecasts
\n– Sales Forecasting and tracking<\/p>\n
\n– Become a trusted advisor to the business
\n– Build and maintain close working relationship with sales and accounts teams
\n– Responsible for proposals and customer proposals
\n– Perform detailed evaluation of business environment to identify and implement solutions for the business.
\n– Conduct regular portfolio reviews on business and processes.
\n– Awareness of current developments in the telecommunications field.
\n– Find new and innovative ways to improve the business<\/p>\n
\n– Responsible for VAT Submissions
\n– Income tax returns (IRP6, ITR14, ITR14SD, CIPC Compliance)
\n– Emp 201, EMP 501
\n– BEE Compliance<\/p>\n
\n– Prepare financial models on sales, customers and various business outcomes.
\n– Provide trends analysis, forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.
\n– Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and Comparable Company Analysis.
\nControl & Processes:
\n– Establish and enforce policies and procedures.
\n– Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
\n– Manage multiple priorities and deliver timely results within a time constrained and challenging environment<\/p>\n
