\nA leading furniture\/appliance retail group is seeking a customer focused, responsive and analytical individual.
\nThe successful candidate must have:
\n\u2022 Diploma or degree (IT or Retail related)
\n\u2022 Project Management Experience
\n\u2022 3 Years experience as a business analyst or in software application development (SDLC)
\n\u2022 Portfolio of completed projects
\n\u2022 Customer management experience
\n\u2022 Knowledge of SAP systems
\n\u2022 Knowledge of IT systems
\n\u2022 Deep knowledge of business processes
\n\u2022 Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networks
\n\u2022 Knowledge of integration systems and processes
\n\u2022 Proficient in MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project, SharePoint and SAO Aris<\/p>\n
