\nLocation:<\/strong> Sani Pass<\/p>\n
\nOur Hotel situated near Sani Pass is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be fully responsibility for the restaurant\/s & bars for the property. Responsible for operations and profitability by effectively planning, leading, organising and controlling, all aspects of strategy, marketing, budgets, standards and finances.<\/p>\n
\nMinimum Qualifications and Experience Required:<\/p>\n
\nMinimum of 4 years restaurant management experience
\nMinimum of 2 years F&B Experience in Hotels
\nGrade 12
\nFurther Industry-related qualification (Desirable).<\/p>\n
\nComputer literacy: Word, Excel, Micros or Relevant POS system
\nWorking knowledge of Human Resource Policies and Practices;
\nWorking knowledge of Legislation applicable to the a Food and Beverage operation;
\nUnderstanding of Marketing & Sales Principles within the Food & Beverage environment;
\nIn-depth knowledge of Food, Wine, Liquor and Beverage;
\nIn-depth knowledge of stock management;
\nWorking knowledge of equipment used in a Food & Beverage operation;
\nUnderstanding of the Time & Motion Principles in a kitchen, restaurant and service departments
\nWorking knowledge of Financial & Administrative Principles;
\nWorking knowledge of POS and PMS systems;
\nBasic understanding of IT, AV & Telecomms software & hardware systems;
\nKnowledge of Diverse Cultures
\nProblem Solving Skills;

\nInterpersonal Skills;
