\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for one of our esteemed clients for the exciting position of Key Accounts & Sales Manager. Are you the right person for this opportunity?<\/p>\n
\nLocation: <\/strong>Cape Town: Southern Suburbs
\nReference:<\/strong> CTI001185-SDT-1<\/p>\n
\nAct as the lead point of contact for all matters related to customer accounts.
\nResponsible for developing strong relationships with existing Key Account customers.
\nResponsible for generating leads from existing resources internally as well as externally
\nLiaising actively with the team for tailored routes, services, and pricing.
\nTicket Management System \u2013 handling of all assigned client-related queries within the prescribed response and resolution times.
\nOverseeing customer account management, including negotiations on contracts and agreements to maximize profit and to ensure the retention of existing customers.
\nRegularly connecting with customers and building strong relationships in line with the customer journey program.
\nEnsuring that operational reports are prepared timeously.
\nLiaising actively with the Service Desk & Finance teams to secure and close out escalated opportunities.
\nNegotiations with prospective clients on contracts.
\nEnsuring that client queries are answered and resolved within prescribed times.
\nAssisting in determining pricing schedules for quotes, negotiations, and promotions.
\nIdentifying new business opportunities amongst existing customers and the ability to convert leads and prospects.
\nSkills & Experience:
\nPrevious experience\/success as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role with a strong focus on sales.
\nMinimum 5-10 Years\u2019 experience within the sales industry.
\nStrong understanding of sales processes and the dynamics connected to them.
\nThe ability to mentor and guide junior sales agents in lead closure and deal negotiations.
\nAbility to build rapport with both customers, suppliers, and internal teams which will aid in better access to resources and lead closures.
\nPrevious experience in the telecommunications industry\/sector would be preferable.
\nCommitted to excellent customer service and attention to detail.
\nExcellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
\nExperience with CRM-type software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and collaboration toolsets such as Office 365.<\/p>\n
\nRelevant tertiary business qualifications or similar will be a benefit.<\/p>\n
