We are looking to recruit a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER who will be responsible for project delivery from ideation to implementation.<\/p>\n
The succesful candidate will be accountable for managing how we functionally and non-functionally deliver software and technical solutions for our customers first time ,right.<\/p>\n
The role is remote and due to the business-critical nature of the role you may occasionally be required to work outside of the regular working hours.<\/p>\n

\nDuties & Responsibilities
\nAt least 10 years full time project management and 5 years as a Senior Project Manager.
\nGrade 12
\nStandard literacy \u2013 English: read, write and speak.
\nIT Degree or Diploma.
\nA thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
\nExperience in Scrum\/Agile methodologies.
\nExperience in managing delivery of customer-facing and internally facing products or services.
\nPMI or PMP certification or similar from an accredited organization.
\n]Intermediate to advanced proficiency with industry-standard word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software programs.
\nWorking knowledge of the Software Development life cycle using waterfall or agile methodologies.
\nSolid working experience with project planning and tracking tools such as MS Project and JIRA.
\nDesired Experience & Qualification
\nTo be responsible for delivery of all customer projects on time and in budget.
\nResponsible for overseeing all elements of delivery, including managing scope, budget and plan strictly against contract.
\nTo look outwards towards the market for key trends in delivery methodology, technology and process best practices, and consider how these could benefit the PS team and the business.
\nManage relationships with our customers, ensuring solutions are of high quality and delivered on time , on budget.
\nBe a team player to help build an exciting and energized PS team which is able to attract and retain the best talent.
\nTo ensure all processes are adhered to and to strive for continuous improvement of processes and deliverables in the PS team and where appropriate the wider business.
\nManage deliveries to agreed criteria and own and report on KPIs to the broader business.
\nTo produce metrics and analyze these metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
\nTo ensure documentation is produced in line with stakeholder expectations.
\nCollaboration with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed.
\nProvide high quality resource and commercial estimates in line with the timescales of the project.
\nWhere applicable management of customer and partner engagement on key programs.
\nTo work, on occasion, at customer and commercial partners’ sites to expedite agreed project tasks.
\nOverall commercial responsibility for projects.
\nTo assist in Pre-Sales support, to create project proposals, RFPs, estimates, and schedules.
\nEnsure that projects are managed in accordance with the Project Delivery Methodology and Project Governance standards.
\nIdentify and win potential incremental business with the client. Drive customer satisfaction quality levels and ensure best practice is achieved.<\/p>\n
