Job Title: Junior IT Support Consultant X2<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Supporting our clients to ensure optimal use of our systems.<\/p>\n Configuration and setup of client information and data on our web-based systems on behalf of clients.<\/p>\n Conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure robust functionality before release.<\/p>\n Support Facilitator\/IT Trainers onsite with training sessions for User training workshops.<\/p>\n Requirements:<\/strong> Certification in an IT field.<\/p>\n Tertiary Degree an advantage.<\/p>\n IT Support Experience.<\/p>\n First and second-line support.<\/p>\n Have telephonic communication skills for the support over the phone.<\/p>\n Desired Experience & Qualification:<\/strong> Strong writing and communication skills.<\/p>\n Interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n Strong ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.<\/p>\n Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients at an expected level.<\/p>\n Quick learner of new systems and processes.<\/p>\n Strong ability to work with a team.<\/p>\n Willingness to learn new skills and accept new responsibilities.<\/p>\n Ability to manage time effectively when working on multiple projects.<\/p>\n We will provide full training on our systems, but we are looking for an individual that has been within a support role and has a great understanding of IT troubleshooting.<\/p>\n

\nRoles and Responsibilities<\/strong>:
\nProvide first and second line of support for our in-house web-based electronic systems.<\/p>\n
\nMinimum of 2 years in a similar role.<\/p>\n
\nGood understanding of the web-based system and browser support.<\/p>\n
