Job Title: IT Support Operator<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Local user support \/ consulting (first and second level support) as well as administration and operation of the local IT hardware\/software infrastructure (architecture, design and maintenance of customer and client\/server systems, networks, and communication infrastructure).<\/p>\n Primary responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n Perform consulting and support for specific application areas (e.g. production engineering, development, test bench technology, etc.)

\nMain purpose of job:<\/p>\n
\nProjecting local applications and technologies in compliance with global IT and IT security standards
\nEnsure provision of hardware\/software and necessary authorizations for on- and off boarding
\nLocal implementation of global IT technologies and standards
\nAdvise and train users on KB IT products and services
\nOperating and installing local IT systems (e.g. network components, telephony, mobile devices, printers, security systems, etc.)
\nFirst and second level user support (e.g. hotline and\/or field service, etc.) in the context of malfunction and\/or change notifications\/ support tickets
\nTransfer of fault\/change reports to downstream support instances (error description, interface between user and support instances
\nMaintain the infrastructure and report any issues to management.
\nTroubleshoot and resolve network connection, hardware issues.
\nMonitor and resolve security incident (viruses attacks).
\nEnsure all computers are compliant with company standards.
\nEnsuring that backup procedures are functioning and solving any disruption with the backups.
\nProvide SAP Business One support
\nControlling user access permission and privileges to applications
\nInvestigates and diagnoses network problems.
\nCollects IT usage stats. Makes recommendations for improving the company’s IT systems and carries out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.
\nSets up new users and manages back-ups.
\nInstalls and maintains network systems, examining network-related issues.
\nEvaluates the network systems and servers to see if there is any scope for improvement.
\nConfigures the network systems and servers.
\nPrepares IT reports.
\nEnsure printers perform effectively and at all times.<\/p>\n
