My client is a large and successful holding group in the property market based in the East Rand requires a bookkeeper who can work up to Trial Balance. The potential employer requires a professional individual who has the ability to work with minimal supervision.<\/p>\n
The successful candidate must have:
\n\u2022 Matric Qualification
\n\u2022 Experience working up to Trail Balance
\n\u2022 Accounting Degree
\n\u2022 Accounting experience
\n\u2022 Code 08 Driver\u2019s License
\n\u2022 Own transport
\n\u2022 Computer literate (MS Office, QuickBooks)<\/p>\n
You\u2019re busy and challenging day will include but not be limited to:
\n\u2022 Trial Balance Accounts
\n\u2022 Filing and administration
\n\u2022 Reconciliations
\n\u2022 Commission Splits
\n\u2022 VAY
\n\u2022 PAYE
\n\u2022 Day-to-day financial transactions of an organization
\n\u2022 Purchases
\n\u2022 Payments
\n\u2022 Receipts
\n\u2022 Sales
\n\u2022 Recording financial data in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
\n\u2022 Payroll
\n\u2022 Accounts Payable
\n\u2022 Accounts Receivable<\/p>\n
Competencies:
\n\u2022 Ability to work under pressure
\n\u2022 Must be able to pay attention to detail
\n\u2022 Communication
\n\u2022 Ability to plan, organise and control
\n\u2022 Target and results driven
\n\u2022 Time management
