\nA well-known house hold name in the Medical NGO environment is looking to employ a customer service orientated and experienced individual. The successful candidate will manage, maintain and support the IT Infrastructure by adhering to SLA\u2019s and policies and ensures the implementation of best possible solutions. Manages specific IT Related projects according to Project Management PMBOK Methodology
\nThe successful candidate must have:
\n\u2022 A+ qualification
\n\u2022 N+ qualification
\n\u2022 MCSE qualification
\n\u2022 2-3 Years working experience as a Network Engineer with knowledge of the CISCO IOS
\n\u2022 CCNA working experience (advantage)
\n\u2022 Drivers License
\n\u2022 Able to work overtime \/ standby as and when required
\n\u2022 Willing to travel to other branches with a stay-over<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas of this position include:
\n\u2022 Maintain the server and Network infrastructure
\n\u2022 Administer the Server and Network Infrastructure
\n\u2022 Maintaining and controlling user access and the use of network resources
\n\u2022 Perform Regular backups of data
\n\u2022 Provide First line Support of Network and Servers
\n\u2022 Second line support for the User\u2019s Desktop
\n\u2022 Monthly reports on Server uptime and downtime
\n\u2022 Install IT Infrastructure
\n\u2022 Configure IT Infrastructure
\n\u2022 Maintain IT Infrastructure
\n\u2022 Assist with data recovery
\n\u2022 Manage IT related projects
\n\u2022 Managing IT related projects<\/p>\n
