\nThe position is client facing and the project manager would need exceptional communication skills to deal with the client on a day-today basis.<\/p>\n
This person will apply the knowledge, skills and tools to project activities to meet project requirements. Successfully manage and implement all projects that sustain the company in order to achieve profitability. Align all departments and resources on projects, to achieve the objectives of the company. To be most successful, you must be a confident, with a strong media background.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 One+ years direct work experience in a digital project management capacity
\n\u2022 Tertiary qualification in project management
\n\u2022 Previous project management experience in a multi media\/web based environment is vital.
\n\u2022 University degree or college diploma
\n\u2022 Proven experience in people management
\n\u2022 Proven experience in strategic planning
\n\u2022 Proven experience in risk management
\n\u2022 Software – MS Project advanced knowledge
\n\u2022 Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
\n\u2022 Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Manage and control all scoping and planning of projects with related departments
\n\u2022 Manage timelines and communication thereof to meet project deadlines
\n\u2022 Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
\n\u2022 Ensure that the project is completed successfully, within the given deadline and budget
\n\u2022 Develop full-scale project plans and associated support documentation
\n\u2022 Manage risks and develop risk management\/contingency plans
\n\u2022 Anticipate problems before they occur and find ways to accomplish project goals regardless of changing circumstances
\n\u2022 Quality assurance – effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards
\n\u2022 Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
\n\u2022 Posses a thorough understanding of our services
\n\u2022 Provide strategic input into the clients project and business<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Reconcile costs of all projects – ensure all on track in terms of costs
\n\u2022 Identify problem areas where revenue might be lost on the project – assess and rectify
\n\u2022 Assess financial impact of decisions on projects
\n\u2022 Give strategic input (ideas, suggestions) to ensure profitability and productivity
\n\u2022 Liaise with and support finance department<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Previous experience in a web design\/web development role
\n\u2022 Business qualification
