Job Title: Sales Support Agent (IT, ICT Industry) (Johannesburg)<\/strong> Duties & Responsibilities:<\/strong> Generate quotes, ensure accurate pricing and timeous turnaround times and are task focused.<\/p>\n Process customer orders,<\/p>\n Ensure all required documentation is captured and accurate, as well as assisting with order status queries.<\/p>\n Be conversant with our client’s product portfolio, following training.<\/p>\n Ensure accurate data capturing on the ERP.<\/p>\n Ensure updated product training and current certification.<\/p>\n Dealing with people, building relationships and working through people to get things done:<\/p>\n Assist Account Managers with managing and closing pipeline opportunities.<\/p>\n Assist with vendor queries.<\/p>\n Assist Account Managers with ensuring customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n Providing pre-sales and post-sales customer support.<\/p>\n This position profile incorporates the core responsibilities of the job.
