Our client in the Telecommunication industry is currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for driving new fibre business sales based in Durban.<\/p>\n

Job Title: Key Account Manager<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n Calmly deal with customer complaints and issues. Benefits:<\/strong> 1500 petrol allowance as well as 300 cell phone allowance. No company contribution for medical aid or provident fund.<\/p>\n
\nLocation:<\/strong> Berea<\/p>\n
\nDeveloping trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
\nAcquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
\nExpanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives as well as chasing new business
\nEnsure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
\nServe as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
\nResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
\nPlay an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
\nPrepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metric<\/p>\n
\nThe ability to work independently and within a team.
\nGood PC and software skills.
\nTechnical knowledge of IT
\nExperience of up to 3 \u2013 4 Year cold calling
\nSales pipeline development
\nConsulting with clients
\nKnowledge ( 3 Years VOIP , 2 years ICT industry experience – advantageous
\nDeveloping value-added services or solutions for the client as well as Strategy discussion.<\/p>\n
