\nClient Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nDetailed deployment\/implementation plans, with “quasi-code” and specific configuration parameters.
\nDetailed technical configuration documents.
\nEngaging with Engineers to elicit the required information to prepare the above documents.
\nEngaging with Change Management stakeholders (internal and client) with regard to reviewing, updating and approving documentation.
\nMaintaining version control\/history\/integrity of configuration documents.
\nInterfacing with various leaders and subject matter experts.
\nUtilising the tools, systems and processes provided by the client.
\nAiming to deliver 4-5 sets of documents per day (some are very simple and template driven, but this is not about spending a month writing a document).<\/p>\n
\nProficiency in document management, spreadsheet and database programs e.g. Microsoft Office products and Adobe software.
\nExperience with documentation best practices and formats.
\nExperience with document control\/configuration management practices.
\nExcellent attention to detail, and strong English language and grammar communicator (Verbal and written).
\nTechnical Documentation Domain:
\nIT Infrastructure | Firewall Configuration | Virtual Machine Configuration.
\nStorage Configuration | Linux VM configuration (RHEL, SLES) | Network Configuration.
\nPhysical Infrastructure – Racks, Servers, Storage and network.<\/p>\n
