Job Title: IT INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> The main purpose of this position is to build and support the Global IT Cloud Infrastructure environment that enables the business to perform their day-to-day activities. Your duties will include, but not limited to, monitoring and assessing the systems, and finding areas that requires upgrading or improvement. You will also focus on handling system emergencies, network communications errors, storage problems, and malfunctioning server platforms. This is a highly technical role where your duties will include hands-on delivery of day-to-day tasks and providing technical guidance to user.<\/p>\n ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITES:<\/strong> Act as an escalation point for regional IT problems<\/p>\n TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n MS Cloud (Azure, Office365, Exchange Online \/ On-Prem, PowerShell)

\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nINFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST<\/p>\n
\no Support and maintain applications within the scope of the position
\no Comply with standard processes and procedures documentation
\no Diagnose and analyse problems in a timely and professional manner
\no Execute tasks assigned by team leader or via service requests assigned to team
\no Monitor all production application components to ensure high availability
\no Contact development teams to assist in incident resolution in relation to system alerts
\no Maintaining relationships with key strategic partners and customers
\no Identify opportunities for process, systems and application improvements in a dynamic environment architected to solve problems and improve processes<\/p>\n
\nWindows Server technologies o VMware \/ Hyper-V
\nActive Directory and Azure Active Directory
\nBasic understanding of GPO (Group Policy)
\nAzure Resource Manager (ARM)
\nWindows o Windows Server and Microsoft SQL
\nMicrosoft Office 365 suite o Exposure to Document Management Systems (beneficial)
\nUnderstanding of router\/switches o Understanding of Firewall Management
\nBusiness Process Modelling Notation
\nGeneral knowledge of software development lifecycle
\nHigh degree of initiative, mature judgment and discretion<\/p>\n
