Partner support &#8211; ICT\/Telecommunications\/ICT &#8211; 12 Month Contract &#8211; Western Cape for a client within the telecommunications\/ICT industry to be based in Western Cape.<\/p>\n<p>ONLY applicants currenlty living in WESTERN CAPE will be considered.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Help Desk Customer Service Rep<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Western Cape<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nResolution of all mobile requests for service (order-to-activate and query-to-resolve) within client SLAs<br \/>\nProactive tracking and management of Requests for service<br \/>\nCombination of client experience \u2013 fulfilment and assurance as well as technical coverage support<br \/>\nQuality assessment and compliance<br \/>\nGood technical mobile and handset understanding<br \/>\nProfessional writing and communication<br \/>\nAnalytical and logical<br \/>\nITIL foundations<br \/>\nProduct knowledge<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desired Experience &amp; Qualification:<\/strong><br \/>\nIT or Information Systems Diploma or Degree<br \/>\nClient services training, advantageous<br \/>\nITIL foundation certification, advantageous<br \/>\nAll experience must be in the mobile sector (voice and data)<br \/>\n2 \u2013 3 years\u2019 experience in a client facing role<br \/>\nExperience in client facing service, quality assessment and\/or technical support<br \/>\nApplicants currently living in WESTERN CAPE will be considered<\/p>\n<p><strong>Package &amp; Remuneration:<\/strong><br \/>\nSalary: R130 (non-negotiable)<\/p>\n<p>Interested?<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pnet.co.za\/viewlets\/apply\/job-apply-form-viewlet\/authentication?listingId=3573778&amp;isMobile=false&amp;buttonPos=Sticky_Button&amp;locale=en_ZA&amp;rltr=&amp;source=listing\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We&#8217;re seeking an Help Desk Customer Service Rep.
