\nYour main responsibilities and duties in this position will include but are not limited to the following:<\/p>\n
\nResolve support issues.
\nComplete ownership of 2nd line technical issues
\nManage and Liaise with 3rd party vendors and contractors.
\nFormulation and management of local IT budget \u2013 CAPEX and OPEX.
\nSupport and administer technologies including Networks, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Azure, Office365, VMWare and Citrix
\nInstallation of and configuration of computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and application problems, either over the phone or in person.
\nAccount administration of all core office systems and applications.
\nProblem solving Network, PC\/Server hardware and OS issues.
\nAssist and complete administrative and operational tasks, data management, incident logging, reporting, systems monitoring and testing, and disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
\nManage IT Operations assets and contracts.
\nCollaborate with various global technical teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards.
\nIdentify, screen and evaluate new solution opportunities to address unmet IT operational needs.
\nProperly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.<\/p>\n
\nManage IT subordinates at remote locations. Will require ad hoc travel.
\nManagement of telecommunications and connectivity infrastructure, including fibre lines and wireless backup mediums.
\nOwnership of all IT administration including mobile contracts, hardware allocation documents and asset registers.
