Our client in the telecommunications industry is urgently looking for Service Desk Agents to join their team in Pretoria.<\/p>\n

Job Title: Service Desk Agent<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n A+
\nLocation:<\/strong> Pretoria<\/p>\n
\nResponsibilities:<\/strong>
\nEfficient and effective logging and allocating of incoming calls and assisting Engineers\/involved parties in ensuring all calls are attended to and closed.
\nEnsure all calls are logged within ITSM tool per the required operational processes.
\nAssist team with work overload as and when required and ensure general administration work is up to date.
\nEnsure a high level of customer liaison is always maintained and interaction is conducted in a highly professional manner.
\nFollow appropriate escalation procedures as and when required.
\nEnsure adherence to respective client-specific Operational Manuals.<\/p>\n
\nN+ or Higher
\nPreferred Qualification: ITIL v3 or ITIL 4.
\n1-2 Years\u2019 experience in an IT service desk environment.
\n1-2 Years\u2019 Customer service experience.
\n1-2 Years\u2019 experience in First call resolution.<\/p>\n
